Compliance Program Coordinators Managing their Assigned Programs, Requirements, and Events

Objective

Unlike the Compliance Program Manager who has overall responsibility for compliance programs, Compliance Program Coordinators need to focus on just the programs, requirements and events assigned to them. They need easy access to their specific tasks so that they can effectively manage tasks, track them to completion, and document their activity.

Solution

The Compliance Program Coordinator process presents only programs, requirements, and events for which the logged-on user is entered as the Responsible Person.

Procedure

  1. When the Compliance Program Manager enters compliance programs, and requirements, they select the appropriate Compliance Program Coordinator as the Responsible Person for that program or requirement. See Defining Compliance Programs and Adding Requirements.
  2. From the Compliance Program Coordinator process, the Compliance Program Coordinator accesses any of the following tasks to manage their assignments:
    • Manage My Compliance Requirements
    • Manage My Permits and Licenses
    • View My Events Calendar
    • Manage My Missed and Overdue Events
    • Update Status and Close My Events
    • View the Document Library
