SaaS Administrator

For Archibus SaaS , the person in the company who performs basic administration tasks to ensure that Archibus correctly runs for their needs.

Working from the System / SaaS Administrator process, SaaS Administrators:

bulk edit data using the Smart Client
view program information and license usage
customize home pages to include the desired content, and republish home pages
mark Archibus documents as ready to be archived
configure mobile apps for their company's needs
configure parameters controlling behavior of mobile apps and SaaS modules
define and manage users authorized to access the system; they cannot manage power users who are assigned the 4 - PARTNER ADMINISTRATOR (ACP) and SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (ACP) roles

Users who authorized as SaaS Administrators are assigned the 4 - CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR (ACP) role.

In the sample HQ project, the SaaS Administrator signs in as user AFM-CLI.
