Editing Service Level Agreements (SLA Console)
From the Manage Service Level Agreements task, you can edit SLAs.
- To edit individual SLAs that you select, from the Manage Service Level Agreements task, click Edit Details in the row for the SLA.
- The "1. Request" form appears.
- Make your changes, and use the Next buttons to make your way through the forms for changing request parameters, workflow, or service levels.
- To commit your changes, click Save on the "3. Service Level" form.
- If the SLAs are grouped, the edits you make are applied to each of the SLAs in the grouping. See Concept: Creating Multiple SLAs at Once by Grouping .
Back to Manage Service Level Agreements (SLA Console)
Each time the Request Parameters for an SLA are changed, the system automatically re-orders the SLAs.
Use the Service Desk Manager / Determine Ordering Sequence of Service Level Agreements task to look at all SLAs and re-order as needed.
