Remove an Employee from a Room

To remove an employee from a room, you use the Employees tab.

  1. Load the Space Console and choose Occupancy mode.
  2. In the Employees tab, select the employee whose location you want to remove. The Space Console activates the Unassign button.
  3. Select the Unassign button.

  4. Archibus removes the values for Building Code, Floor Code, and Room Code for this employee.
  5. If you now filter on unassigned, by completing the Unassigned check box in the Employees tab, Archibus will include this employee in the list. Similarly, if you now mouse over the room in the floor plan, Archibus will not list this employee.

You can now assign the employee to a new room or to the waiting room .
