A booking is the actual reservation of a seat for temporary use by an internal employee, contractor, or visitor. Bookings are also known as "workspace reservations."
The temporary use of a seat is stored in the Workspace Transactions table and can be considered in chargeback calculations.
The following Archibus software supports bookings:
- Workplace Services Portal mobile app
- Reservations SaaS module (Create Bookings task)
- Hoteling application (Create Bookings task)
Bookings are stored in the Workplace Transactions (rmpct) table.
