Search for People and Places

Archibus Workplace

Find people and places using your building's floor plan.

  1. Open Workplace.

  1. Click the Search people and place tile and the floor plan displays.

  1. In the Search field, enter either the person's name, space name/number, or equipment name/number.
  2. Click the Search button.

People

If you search for a person's name, then the results display in the search results dialog.

Space

If you searched for a space's name or number, then the results display in the search results dialog.

Equipment

If you searched for an equipment's name or number, then the results display in the search results dialog.

Locate

To locate the person, space, or equipment on the floor plan, click the Locate clipboard_e867482b2fd917d9a30306887019d8a6a.png icon and the floor plan displays.

Wayfinding

If you see the Wayfinding button, then you can use this to show you the way. Learn more in Set up Workplace to enable Wayfinding.
