Foundations Manager Main Tasks

As a Foundations Manager, you have these main tasks: 

  • Develop initial facility data (you might choose to outsource this task).
  • Maintain this facility data when developed.
  • Manage basic aspects of your facility, such as departmental space assignments and employee occupancy
  • Manage the requests from self-service users, such as requests for maintenance, reservations, and services.

Facility Data

Now you can enter your facility data into the Archibus system. After this data is entered, you can use the concepts covered in the above lessons to manage your space inventory.
