capital cost (Capital Projects domain)

The capital cost is the cost that is incurred for the acquisition or improvement of capital assets. The capital cost is part of baseline cost estimates, design cost estimates, and actual costs. In each case, the capital cost is listed together with the expense cost. See expense cost.
