Location Metrics Report

As a space manager, you may want to quickly see summaries of all space within a state or city. Perhaps your occupancy rates for buildings in a particular city are declining and there is opportunity to consolidate nearby locations. On the other hand, if your company is expanding, you may want to review location information so that you can choose a new site that is near existing sites. The Space / Space Inventory / Space Manager / Locations Metrics report enables you to quickly see key space metrics at the region, state, city, site, and building levels.

The report presents the geographic hierarchy on the left pane. Select an item in the hierarchy, such as region, state, or city, and the report sums information to this level. As you drill down the location hierarchy, the report present a GIS view with an Esri map of the location. For information on Esri maps, see Working with Map Views.

In the below image, the user has selected Philadelphia from the location hierarchy and the report summarizes data for all building located in Philadelphia.
