Lesson 3: Manage requests for meeting space and working space

After a Self-service User Request working space and meeting space using Archibus Workplace, you can review the requests, and cancel them if needed.

When you finish, you can work with the sample project to experiment requesting meeting and working space with Archibus Workplace and examining the requests in the Service Console, consulting the help topics for information on performing specific tasks.

Note : The Workplace functions for requesting working spaces, conference rooms, and moves are available in Workplace only if your site has licenses for the Archibus Reservations module (working space and meeting space reservation features) or the Archibus Space module (move request features). If your site does not have these modules, Archibus Workplace will not show the buttons and options for these tasks. Accordingly, reservation, booking, and move requests will not appear in Service Console.
