Procedure

1. Archibus Professional Services configures SAML/SSO. You can then use single sign-on to access both Archibus and Serraview platforms.
2. In Archibus, run a DUW script that adds a Serraview link to the Foundations home page .
3. In Archibus, run a DUW script that adds the "Validate Serraview Imports" task to the Navigator.
4. In Archibus, use the System / SaaS Partner Administrator / Scheduled Workflow Rules task to run the AbWorkplaceReservations-updateReservableRooms workflow rule, which creates room configuration and room arrangement records for reservable rooms (if none exist). The workflow rule is listed under the AbWorkplaceReservations application.

5. In Smart Client Extension for AutoCAD, prepare your Serraview drawings .
6. In Archibus, configure connectors and set the schedule .
7. In Serraview, enable the imports and exports.
8. In Serraview, set the schedule parameters.
