All Buildings and Their Book Value Report When Using the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set

If you are using the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set , the Value - Book and Value - Market in the All Ownership Transactions Report are shown using your User Default Currency . These cost fields do not include the VAT amount, as this report is used for internal analysis for which VAT is not relevant.

Generating the All Buildings and their Book Value Report

You generate this report by selecting either of the following:

Portfolio / Reports / All Buildings and their Book Value task
Portfolio / Portfolio Summary / All Buildings and their Book Values task.
