Reservations Plugin for Microsoft 365: Installation

The high-level deployment steps are:

  1. Archibus administrator determines the deployment location of Web Central and the O365 Outlook add-in and provides the fully-qualified domain name and requirements for OpenID connect app registration to the Office 365 tenant administrator.

  2. Office 365 tenant administrator registers Archibus Web Central for OpenID connect according to the instructions and provides the application (client) id and directory (tenant) id to the Archibus administrator.

  3. Archibus administrator configures the Web Central REST API for OIDC integration.

  4. Archibus administrator completes the manifest.xml file and shares the file with the Tenant Administrator. This file contains multiple URL’s that point to the deployment location, and contains the application id received from the Office 365 tenant administrator.

  5. Office 365 tenant administrator registers the add-in for deployment using the manifest.xml file.
