Verifying that a Request was Completed

Depending on the rules governing your request, you may have the option to verify that the work was completed.

To verify that a request has been completed:

  1. Select the Workplace Services / Service Desk /Client / View Service Requests task.
  2. Select a request from the resulting list.
  3. If a verification step has been defined for this type of request, you can select the Verification button. From here, you can:
    • verify that the work has been completed by clicking the "Request can be closed: button
    • send the request back to for further attention by clicking the "Return Request as Incomplete" button
