drawing unit

The basic unit of measurement in a drawing. When working with imperial measurements, one drawing unit is one inch. When working with metric measurements, one drawing unit can be one meter, one centimeter, or one millimeter, depending on your base metric unit selection during project creation. Each project controls the drawing unit definition of its drawings.
