Prepare the Floor Plan for Back-to-Work Occupancy and Hoteling
Before users can book rooms to take up new seats when returning to work, a space manager must prepare the floor plan and determine which rooms can be occupied by permanent or temporary employees.
- In the Room Standards table, set the “Analyze Safe Distance?” field to control the room standards that the Space Console's Safe Distancing command considers when determining safe distancing circles.
- From the Space Console, enter the mandated occupancy and safe distancing targets so that you can determine the amount of space you have for housing employees in hotelable rooms.

- From the Space Console, indicate safe distancing on the floor plan .
- From the Space Console, update room availability for return to work. In this step, update rooms that are too close to one another and must be taken off line
