View Panels

Views use built-in elemental view types called panels . Each view panel is a self-sufficient unit that allows the user to search, view, or edit one or many data records. The built-in panel types are listed below. In addition, you can create custom view panels.

Edit forms display a single data record, and allow the user to change its values or delete the record:

Search consoles allow a user to enter search criteria:

Grid reports display a list of data records from one or many database tables, and may allow the user to add or delete records:

Column reports
display a single data record:

Tree panels allow for the selection of a value using a drill-down navigator:

Cross-table reports group related data records, aggregate field values within each group of records, and display the results:

Drawing views display DWG drawings, floor plans and maps and allow users to drill down to see details of the displayed objects:
