Archibus Users Table
The Archibus Users table defines the users who can log into Archibus.
You can access this table from the Smart Client Navigator at: System / Archibus Administrator / Edit Users .
This table contains the following fields:

Use CAD/BIM License? |
Identifies if this user has access to AutoCAD or other graphic tools |

Is Named User? |
Used by the licensing module to determine if the user is licensed to use Archibus. |

Role Name |
Role to assign to this users. Validated by afm_roles. Processes associated with the role are propagated to the user. |

Email Address |
User's Email; address. |

User's home page |

Identified User's geographic location. |

Color Scheme |
Color scheme to use for this user |

User Preferences |
User Preferences -- overlays project preferences |

VPA Building Code List |
User will be restricted to only the buildings in this list |

Date password was changed -- used by security module to determine i password has expired. |

Number of time user login failed. Used by security module to deny access if there have been too many failed attempts to login. |

Transfer status reported by the Database Update Wizard. |

User Level |
User level -- determines users access level (admin, process owner, etc. |

| Mobile Device ID |
The Device ID for this mobile user. Set by the
registerDevice(
) service called from the mobile device. Used by the
loginWithDeviceId()
service to map mobile Device IDs to Archibus User accounts.
