Check an Employee's Team Assignment History

You may want to see an employee’s history of teams.

1. Load the Space Console and select Occupancy mode.
2. Set a restriction, if desired, and an As of Date.
3. Move to the Employees tab.
4. Display the Teams field using the Select Fields command, available from the gear icon.
5. The Teams column shows a concatenated list of teams to which each employee is a member on the As-Of date.
6. For a selected employee, click on the value in the Teams column.
7. The system presents a pop-up window all of that employee’s team assignments (regardless of the filter dates), along with the date range of those assignments.
