Methods for Adding Checklists to Preventive Maintenance Workflow
When adding checklists to your PM workflow, you have a choice of two methods:

Adding checklists to steps of PM procedures. This method is useful for "general” checklists not linked to specific locations, problem types, or equipment.

Adding checklists to the Issued status of SLAs governing PM work requests. This method is useful for checklists for specific locations, problem types, and equipment

Checklist Execution Order |
The checklists can be executed in any order. Or, you can specify a sequence in which they must be executed by defining a blocking checklist. The blocking checklist must be completed before the current checklist can be started. |
When assigning the checklists to the SLA Issued status, you order them in the order you want craftspersons to execute them. |
