Archibus Domains Table (afm_products)

Use this table (afm_products) to define your domains.

Access this table from Web Central or Smart Client at System / Add-In Manager / Edit Domains.

From Web Central, you can edit only a few fields. For complete access to a field's properties, access this table from Smart Client.

Field	Purpose
Product	The internal name for the product. This name does not appear in the interface except when assigning process to users or roles.
Active?	Specifies whether the product is currently active. Some products may remain listed for backward compatibility for legacy sites while no longer being available for new sites. Or, some products may be available in certain translations or locales but not be available in others. This can be the case, for instance, for the Professional Series for Latin America, which would not be available, or useful, in other regions.
Display Order	Specifies the order that products appear in the Navigator. Lower numbers appears first.
Title	The name of this product as it appears in the Navigator.
Summary	The summary is the one-line summary that appears in the Process Explorer. For instance, the "Space Management" product could have a summary of "Inventory, allocation, cost recovery, and all of the other methodologies you need to find every inch of space and put it to work for your business." The summary is a very quick overview to let users know if they want to drill down into the applications that make up this product or click on the help link for more information.
Small Icon	This is the icon used in the Navigator pane.
Large Icon	This is the icon used in the full-screen Process Explorer pane.
Help Link	This is a link to the HTML Help home for the product. By convention, this page has summary bullets, The path is relative to the root schema path. The help link also demonstrates the rationale behind the bundling of applications. For instance, it may describe that the Healthcare bundling includes On Demand work for JCHO compliance review and Room Percentages Chargeback for cost recovery of space charges from insurance carriers.
Version	The version number of this product. The product may be issued with different collections of domains. Significant changes to supported functionality trigger a version change.
Revision	The rev level of this product. Fixes and minor changes and additions to a product trigger a revision change.
Translated Titles and Summaries	These are the Titles and Summaries that the program uses if the Locale is not English US or English UK.
Security Group	Specifies the security group to control the users that can access the domain.
