  1. Open Workplace.

  1. Click the Request services tile and the All Services screen displays.

  1. Either use the search field, enter the request you want or click one of the tiles: Move Request, Heating or Cooling Issue, General Maintenance, Key Card, or Other Services.

Move Request

The Move Request screen displays.

Heating or Cooling Issue

The Heating or Cooling Issue request screen displays.

General maintenance includes: Temperature Adjustment; Electricity; Office Equipment; Plumbing; Security & Access; Cleaning; Grounds; Other Maintenance.

Click a tile and the maintenance form displays ready for you to complete and submit.

Key Card

 Other services include: Furniture Request; Document Shredding; Audio & Visual Support; Lifting & Carrying Services; Recycling & Disposal; Housekeeping.
