Total Costs

Applications calculate Total Costs as the sum of Base Costs (either income or expense) + the VAT Costs (either income or expense) that you received for that cost. Archibus applications use this field only if you have enabled the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set .

The Total Costs field shown using the Payment Currency is labeled either Amount Income - Total (Payment) or Amount Expense - Total (Payment).

The Total Costs field shown using the Budget Currency is labeled either Amount Income - Total (Budget) or Amount Expense - Total (Budget).
