Cost Forecast Building Analysis Report

This report presents a summary of the group allocation data in a cross matrix by division and also by building.

By default, the report presents the Baseline scenario. You can change this at the top of the screen, and also set the Review Date as well as the Division Code. See Selecting Review Dates .

If you check the Auto Calculate Costs check box, the program will always recalculate costs prior to refreshing the data. If you clear the selection from this check box you can calculate costs as needed using the Calculate Costs button. See Auto Calculating Costs.

By default, this report calculates costs across all buildings, but you can generate the report for a single division by making a selection from the Division list.

You can select a cell to see a list of the groups that contributed to the summary.
