GDPR-Related Fields in the Archibus Schema
Several Archibus tables hold personal data on GDPR data subjects .
The following tables list the super-set of fields that are considered to be personal data. These tables cascade updates to all dependent tables within Archibus.
Note:
- The Vendors table is not included because vendors are not considered data subjects.

SQL View tables (
afm_tbls.is_sql_view =1) do not store data that does not exist in other tables, so they are not relevant for GDPR. - Historical tables are handled the same way as the main tables.
- Sync tables (listed in the Temporary tables section below) are considered part of a data subject's data because they can store data that does not exist in the main table. Also, if records are deleted from the main table and not from the sync table, the actions in the mobile apps could copy data back to the main table.
