Archibus Holiday Dates Table
The Archibus Holiday Dates (afm_holiday_dates) table stores information on holidays your organization observes.
When defining response parameters for service level agreements, the Service Desk Manager specifies whether a service level agreement allows work on holidays. If this is set to No, the dates in the Archibus Holiday Dates table are the dates on which work is not permitted. This affects the days that are used for scheduling, how the service window is determined, and therefore when escalations occur.
The Business Process Owner must enter these dates each year, so that the holiday dates are current.
The Country Code and Region Code can have NULL values; when they do, the date for that record is a holiday for all countries or regions.
