Projects Organization Impact Reports

The Monitor process includes two reports that display the division/department buildings and rooms that will be affected by a move:

Projects Organization Impact by Building

The Projects Organization Impact by Building report displays the division/department buildings that will be affected by projects.

To create the Projects Organization Impact by Building report:

Select Monitor / View Projects Org. Impact by Building.
In the Filter console, set the restriction for the organizational impact report.
1. Select a date range by selecting the years, a certain number of days ahead, or all days in the Filter console.
2. Select the location or organization requesting the project, and program or project information.
3. From the Status field, select All to see projects having all statuses, select In Planning to see projects that are Approved or Approved - In Design, or select In Execution to see projects that are Issued-In Progress or Issued On-Hold.
4. Click the Show button.
Select a Division/Department in the left panel.
Action Items are displayed for the selected department/division.

The Projects Organization Impact by Room report displays the division/department rooms that will be affected by projects.

To create the Projects Organization Impact by Room report:

Select Monitor / View Projects Org. Impact by Room .
In the Filter console, set the restriction for the organizational impact report.
1. Select a date range by selecting the years, a certain number of days ahead, or all days in the Filter console.
2. Select the location or organization requesting the project, and program or project information.
3. From the Status field, select All to see projects having all statuses, select In Planning to see projects that are Approved or Approved - In Design, or select In Execution to see projects that are Issued-In Progress or Issued On-Hold.
4. Click the Show button.
Select a Division/Department in the left frame.
Action Items by Room are displayed for the selected department/division.
