Leases and Suites by Building Report

The Leases and Suites by Building report provides the following for each building selected for the report:

Building details, including location information, total manual and total usable suite areas, and associated costs (book value, market value, and purchase cost)
List of associated active leases highlighted to differentiate leases for which you are the tenant from those for which you are the landlord.
Summary statistics for the available area and the leased out area , including the count, totals, average, min and max for the Suite Area Manual Entry and for the Usable area. This enables you to examine how much of your area is available to your organization and how much is leased out to tenants.
Information for each suite included in these breakdowns is given, including its facility type, Suite Area Manual Entry, and Area - Usable, depending on which areas have been entered.

Note : To ensure that leases are included in all reports, be sure to enter the Date Start and Date End for all leases. See Entering Leases.

The Leases and Suites by Building Report When Using the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set

If you are using the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set , Value – Book, Value – Market, and Cost Purchase fields in the Leases and Suites by Building Report are shown using your User Default Currency . These costs do not include the VAT amount, as this report is used for internal analysis for which VAT is not relevant.

Generating the Leases and Suites by Building Report

You can generate the report by selecting Portfolio / Buildings / Leases and Suites by Buildings task. You can also generate the Leases and Suites by Building Report from the Buildings Dashboard. See G enerating Reports for Buildings, Structures, or Land.
