Entering Incident Medical Information

If the employee was injured in the workplace accident, it is vital to record all medical information. If you later need to file a report with a governing regulatory agency such as OSHA in the US, you will have all vital medical information at hand.

To enter medical information:

  1. Run the Track Incidents task and move to the Medical Information tab.
  2. Complete as many of the medical-related fields as possible. You may need to periodically return to this tab to update the information as the employee's medical condition changes.
  • Emergency room treatment required? (Yes / No)
  • Is hospitalized? (Yes / No)
  • Date of Death
  • Medical Facility Name
  • Medical Facility Address
  1. To save your medical data, return to the Incident Details tab and choose Save.
