Here are some the major features of Archibus Healthcare :

Feature Benefit

Access a pre-defined set of healthcare fields that are generic to the healthcare industry and are used by most or all of the healthcare networks in the United States.

Archibus Healthcare is not bound to U.S. regulatory needs; it is a flexible system with carefully-named generic fields that can be applied to meet the needs of any regulatory system.

Record required healthcare information for regulatory agencies you are subject to.
Create additional equipment, building, floor, and room fields that are specific to your hospital network and your state, county, or country healthcare requirements. Personalize the space and equipment information to your business process, or to your particular local and national requirements, which might not be covered by the out-of-the box Archibus Healthcare package.
Search and filter on healthcare-specific equipment, building, floor, and room fields (both out-of-the box fields and user-defined fields), Report on healthcare requirements or perform healthcare-specific operations (for example, look up rooms with waivers)
Highlight floor plans by healthcare data, and see room labels for these values

Report on healthcare requirements or perform health-care specific operations

For example, display room pressure labels and highlights. Highlight on a floor plan the various room pressures, so that we can report which rooms are pressurized and which not. Easily identify the room pressure (Negative/Positive) for those rooms that are not pressurized. Output a filtered, tabular report for these rooms that includes the room pressure.

Review and export results in tabular reports (ex. grid reports and XLS export) and print reports Analyze and share this information with peers, managers, and regulatory bodies.
Identify on floor plan the location of primary safety assets (equipment and furniture) along with room-related and floor-related information (room status, room pressure). Ensure that assets are well accessible and that their location meets healthcare requirements.
Locate on the floor plan pending work orders for every room in the hospital.

Equipment and furniture that is clean, accessible and in good working order increases staff productivity and patient safety.

Access the compliance requirements and reported deficiencies for every room on a floor. The facilities team can fix deficiencies and make those spaces compliant. The facility will be in compliance with important regulations and avoid non-compliance penalties.
