Search Work Requests

The Search Work Requests view ( ab-bldgops-search-wr.axvw ) provides a single place to find and print the details of any work request. With this view, you can search all work requests (open and archived). Once you locate a work request, you can export it to various formats or print it.

The view operates similarly to the Search & Manage Work Requests view, except that all information is read-only. Therefore, it does not include:

• the Open Work Flow Steps panel since this panel allows service desk managers to actually complete those steps.
• the Forward button on the Details tab
