Properties and Buildings by... Reports
Using the Portfolio Edit Wizard task , you can add information for your properties and buildings . You can then use the following reports to review key information for these portfolio items .
You can access any of these reports by selecting Portfolio / Reports on the Navigator. You will find these reports under either the View Buildings by... or View Properties by... headings.
You can generate any of these views as a paginated report using the Report button.

Portfolio Items by Location report
: This report is a comprehensive listing of your buildings, structures, or land by country or by city. The report includes lease details for each portfolio item.
Note : If you are using the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set , the Portfolio cost fields are shown using your User Default Currency . These cost fields do not include the VAT amount, as these reports and charts are used for internal analysis for which VAT is not relevant. Area fields are shown using the User Display Unit of Measure field (Metric or Imperial) entered in your User Profile.
- Properties or Buildings by Property Status : Properties and buildings are assigned a property or building status of Owned, Leased, Sold, or Neither. The Properties by Property Status and Buildings by Building Status reports present tabs that group properties and buildings by these statuses to help you assess your inventory.
- Properties by Primary Contact : When you add properties, you can add a primary contact for the property. The Properties by Primary Contact report provides a selection list of your property primary contacts; select a primary contact to see information for the properties managed by that contact, including property name, status , description, and account code.
- Buildings by Building Contact: When you add buildings, you can add a building contact. The Buildings by Building Contact report provides a selection list of your building contacts; select a building contact to see information for the buildings managed by that contact, including location information, building use, and comments for each building.
- Properties by Account/Buildings by Account: When adding properties or buildings, if you enter an account to which to bill property or building-related expenses, you can use the Properties by Account or Buildings by Account reports to review the properties by their assigned account.
