Working with Dashboard Views

Dashboard views present multiple views on one screen, providing easy access to key information that you need to accomplish your facilities management goals.
Navigator
You can navigator to the dashboard from the menu or you may have a dashboard in your "My Favorites" list.
The Buildings Dashboard view can be found from the Navigator in Real Property > Portfolio > Buildings > Buildings Dashboard.
This dashboard view presents a series of panels, with each panel presenting its own Archibus view focusing on some aspect of building management. Each panel displays the title of the Archibus view it presents.
Each view included in a dashboard view has a Maximize icon 
in the panel title bar. Click this button and the system replaces the dashboard panels with this view so that you see it in detail. The enlarged view includes the typical buttons for printing the view, sending the view as an email link, and so forth.
In this example, the Building Dashboard's "Building Area Availability by City" view, click the maximize icon to expand the view.
Additionally, some dashboards will let you filter or download an XLS report from the maximized view. When you are finsihed, click the Close button to close window and return you to the dashboard view.
Search for Dashboards
In the Navigator' search, enter dashboard or the name, and then select the dashboard you want to see.
