Property, Building, or Lease Amenities Reports
Use the Property Amenities, Building Amenities, or Lease Amenities reports to review your amenities by the portfolio item or lease the amenity is associated with. This enables you to review amenities by location to track amenities that you need to maintain or renovate.
The reports present a list of all properties, buildings or leases depending on the task you have selected. Select a property, building, or lease to see its associated amenities and any comments entered for the amenity.
You can generate a paginated report that includes all properties, building, or leases by clicking Report in the upper left panel.
The following reports are available from the paths listed at the top of this topic:
| Report | Description |

| Property Amenities | This report includes a list of all properties - structures, land, and properties that contain buildings - and their associated amenities |
| Building Amenities | This report contain all building and their associated amenities |
| Lease Amenities | This report includes all leases and their amenities. You add lease amenities by adding a clause with the clause type of amenity. See Entering Clauses |
