Archibus V.2025.01 Product Release

Archibus V.2025.01 introduces several enhancements, as listed below.

Web Central

Views display the navigation path (breadcrumbs) from where they have been opened for easier navigation.
For SSO environments, System Administrators can enter a disclaimer or awareness message that appears to end-users during the log-in process.
The license program can validate the square footage, if the license was issued with this information. For V2025.01, this is for informational purposes only.

Accessibility improvements.
Further performance improvements when returning available spaces.
Workspace Booking: Use a filter to show the rooms that are available to a team for specific days in the office.

In-Person Walkthrough displays a mini-map of the floor, for easier navigation.
Links displayed in asset/Revit properties are easier to read when using the dark mode.
2D Worksheets display for all models.

Collect equipment (meter) data through checklists questions. Use enhanced measurement question types to collect equipment data; review the previous 5 values collected for the equipment, and get alerted if the answer is outside a numerical range.
Search & Manage Work Requests view enhancements: For all work requests, the application opens the same work request details view that is present in the Maintenance Console.

Tools: Log tools usage
QR/Barcode Scanning: Scan QR to get equipment details, even if the equipment is not assigned to a work request
Offline mode: Performance improvements. Data is downloaded to an app database and only the changes are synchronized, which leads to faster download times.
Overall performance and stability improvements. An app database was implemented and data is synchronized initially to the app database.Then only the changes are synchronized.
For the V.2025.01 Beta, the Onsite artifacts are not available on SFTP.

These features are not included in the out-of-the-box V.2025.01 and are planned to be delivered after V.2025.01 as separate packages.
Data lake Integration Preview: APIs to allow customers to connect to their own data lake. The proof of concept will be limited in functionality and will only be available at request.
