Portfolio Forecast Analysis Dashboard

This report shows a summary of the allocated space by Business Unit, Division and Department. The report presents:

• The number of groups for each department.
• The total headcount based on the group records.
• The total group area.

By default, the report presents data for the Baseline scenario, for all buildings for the current Review Date. You can use the <Year, Year>, <Month, Month> buttons to shift the Review Date by a year or a month. See Selecting Review Dates.

You can select the Site or the Building fields at the top of the screen to review the Department Analysis for a single Site or a single Building.

You generate this report by selecting Real Property / Forecasting / Portfolio Forecasting / Portfolio Forecast Department Analysis .

You can click on a cell to view a list of group allocation event records that contributed to the summary for each department. The following image shows the Portfolio Forecast Department Analysis Report generated for all buildings with the group allocation records showing for the Human Resources - New England department.

This report presents a summary of the group allocation data in a cross matrix by division and also by building. By default, this report is generated for all divisions and departments, but you can generate the report for a specific division by selecting a Division from the list at the top of the screen.

By default, the report presents the Baseline scenario. You can change this in the top pane and also set the Review Date and the Division Code. Click Show to generate the report using your selections.

You generate this report by selecting Real Property / Forecasting / Portfolio Forecasting / Portfolio Forecast Building Analysis .

You can click a cell to see the group records that contributed to the summary.
