Identifying Duplicate Files
One potential concern is duplicate files. If your site duplicates the name of a stock Archibus file, but places that file in a different folder, which file Web Central loads then becomes a function of the file categories. This will usually be consistent between workstations (as the file category list is secondary to the application subfolder in the search order, and the file category list is not among the list of files that Archibus intends sites to edit). But if this duplication is not consistent between workstations, the duplicate can be the source of a subtle deployment error.
You can find duplicates with the Find Files with Duplicate File Names task. You can access this task from the Navigator:
