Lesson 8: Develop maintenance supporting data

After a Self-service Users Request meeting space and working space using Archibus Workplace, craftspersons will need to go to the problem site and fix the problem. First, you must enter into the system the craftspersons, vendors, and trades so that these values are available to choose when processing maintenance requests.

Enter the in-house craftspersons that work on your facility. You define outside vendors so that you can associate certain types of maintenance requests with outside vendors.
