Manage Buildings, Land, and Structures by Location
The Manage Buildings, Land, or Structures by Location tasks includes summary statistics, portfolio item details, reports, and geospatially-enabled map views for the portfolio items you select. From this task, you work with active portfolio items, that is, the portfolio items are currently owned or currently leased. The map view includes color-coded highlights for segments that are dynamically generated using the parameters you select. The task shows buildings, structures, or land depending on whether you are working in the Buildings, Structures or Land process.
The Manage Buildings, Land, or Structures by Location is a task, and is also one of the views included by default in the Buildings, Land, or Structures dashboards.
This task includes the following views:
- A selection list to select and filter the buildings, structures, or land you want to work with. See "Selecting and Filtering Portfolio Items."
- Selected Buildings, Structures, or Land views to view summary statistics and generate reports for selected portfolio items.
- Map view to highlight and review your portfolio items on a map view. You can also geocode portfolio items (buildings, structures, or land) from the map view.
Generating Reports
From the Manage Building Structures or Land report, you can use the Reports button to generate the following reports. See Generating Reports for Building, Structures, or Land .
Manage Buildings, Structures, and Land by Locations When Using the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set
If you are using the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set , the Purchasing Cost, Value – Book, and Value – Market cost fields in the Manage Buildings, Land, and Structures by Location view are shown using your User Default Currency . These costs do not include the VAT amount, as this chart is used for internal analysis for which VAT is not relevant.
