Status Reports

The Monitor process includes the following status reports. For each of these reports, you can generate a report by clicking the DOC button, or export data to Excel by clicking the XLS button.

• Project Statuses : The Project Statuses report displays the project type, status, contact, and description for each current project.
• Work Package Statuses: In the Work Package Statuses report, you can view the status and description for all current work packages for a selected project.
• Milestone Statuses by Project : In the Milestone Statuses by Project, you can view all of a selected project's actions that have been assigned the Action Type of Project-Milestone, and that have a duration of one day. Project Milestones are displayed differently on the Gantt Chart by using the Milestone icon.

  Note : You can assign the Action Type Project-Milestone when you add or edit an action.

• Projects Behind Schedule : In this report, the projects that are behind schedule (Schedule Performance Index <1) are displayed. The Schedule Performance Index is calculated as Budgeted Cost of Work Performed/Budgeted Cost for Work Scheduled.

  If you click on a project in the left panel, a detail report on actions that are overdue is displayed in the right panel.

• Projects Over Budget : In this report, the projects that are over budget (Cost Performance Index <1) are displayed. Cost Performance Index is calculated as Budgeted Cost of Work Performed/Actual Cost of Work Performed. Select an over-budget project in the left panel, and details for its completed actions are shown in the right panel.
