Setting Up Work Packages for Bidding
After you have created your work packages, you have to define the work packages as available for bidding by assigning them the status of "Approved - Out for Bid". This step is necessary before these bids will be available for vendors to bid on.

To set up a work package for bidding:
- Select the Procure / Update Work Package task.
- If needed, use the Filter console to limit the list of work packages shown.
- Select a work package in the Work Packages panel.
- Change the Work Package Status field value to Approved-Out for Bid.
- Make other edits as needed.

Click Save.
This work package is now available for vendors to bid on.
