Create Occupancy Plan Command
Command: AFM_OCCUP
Purpose : This command uses query text to display employee information within the rooms to which employees are assigned. This is an example of a predefined query text definition. You can create your own definition using the Query Text form.
Running the command : You run this command from the command line. Running this command presents the Query Text form that you can use to control how the query text is displayed, and the fields that are shown as query text. By default, the query text includes the Room Number, Employee Name, Employee Standard, and Employee Phone, but you can select the fields that are displayed. If you want to use the default query text settings, bypass the Query Text dialog by pressing its OK button.
Procedure

Run the Create Occupancy Plan command by entering AFM_OCCUP at the command line.
The Query Text dialog appears.
- To control the properties of the query text, complete the Query Text form. For information on the options, see Query Text form .
- Click OK.
- The system displays the occupancy plan query text on the floor plan.
- To clear the highlights, select Archibus / Asset Graphic / Clear Highlights from the Ribbon.
