Lesson 5: Manage work requests

After a Self-service Users Request maintenance work from Archibus Workplace, you will want to manage the work and track work costs.

When you finish, you can work with the sample project to experiment requesting maintenance with Archibus Workplace and examining the work requests in the Service Console, consulting the help topics for information on performing specific tasks.

Note : The Workplace functions for requesting working spaces, conference rooms, and moves are available in Workplace only if your site has licenses for the Archibus Reservations module (working space and meeting space reservation features) or Archibus Space module (move request features). If your site does not have these modules, Archibus Workplace will not show the buttons and options for these tasks. Accordingly, reservation, booking, and move requests will not appear in Service Console.
