A category for grouping together related PM work requests on the same work order .
When generating PM work orders, you have the option of grouping together work requests on the same work order according to a common a location or equipment property. If you want a set of work requests that do not have a common location or equipment property to be housed on the same work order, you can assign a PM scheduling group to the requests' component PM schedules ; you can then organize the generated work requests according to these groups.
For example, you might set up scheduling groups for the tasks of an inspection routine or a set of equipment items or locations that you always want serviced together.
