Run these Workplace-specific tasks:

• Provide Users with Access to Archibus Workplace (Foundations)

Define request types and define SLAs for processing the types of request:

If you have licenses for the Hoteling and Reservations applications or the Reservations module, you must run the necessary set-up tasks so that you can use Workplace's meeting space and working space request features.

In \WEB-INF\config\context\compatibility\afm-config.xml , define the supported file types (doc, pdf, xls, png, and so on) that Workplace users can upload to a service request in order to give more clarity to the service request.
