Archibus Workplace

Book a Meeting Space and invite Visitors

Allows employees to add visitors via Archibus Workplace to initiate the visitor workflow, external attendees to pre-register for their visit, and captures visitor and space utilization data across both platforms.

  1. Open Workplace.

  1. Click the Book meeting spaces tile and the available meeting rooms display.

  1. Click an available meeting room .

The recurrence pattern defaults to None and you can only invite visitors to single occurrence meetings.

  1. Select the date and time .

  2. Click the Next button.

  1. In the Meeting name field, enter the name .

  2. Click the Add attendee button and the Booking space for dialog displays.

  1. Either search or browse for the meeting's attendees .

  2. Click the attendee's selection box .

  3. Click the Save button.

  1. Click the Next button and the meeting space is successfully booked.
