Update Team Days in Office

You can adjust a team’s active presence for a specific date by modifying its team membership, room assignments, and date‑based filters within the Space Console. Archibus uses these components to determine which teams are considered in office on any given day.
- Open Archibus Space Console
- Click view settings to Activate the Team Space Features.
- Check Show Teams check box.
- Click the Save Changes button.
- Select the Building-Floor you want and the floor plan displays.
- Click the Employees icon.
- Click the Teams tab this lets you view, manage, and analyze teams, their members, and their assigned rooms.
- Select the team and the team's allocated spaces display on the floor plan.

- For the team you want to edit, click the Edit icon the Edit Team screen displays.
Note: The system displays the team information as of the As of Date you set in the Space Console's Advanced Search filter-- that is, all the Employees and Room that are assigned to the team on the As Of date.
- Click the (A) Room tab.
- In the the Rooms Assigned to Team select the (B) rooms you want to set the days in the office.

- From the Start Date calendar picker, select a start date.
- If needed, from the End Date calendar picker, select a end date.
- In the Days In Office check boxes, either:
- Select the days the team is in the office.
- De-select the days the team is not in the office.
- Click the Save button
- Click the X icon to close the Edit Team screen.
