Basic Administration
As a SaaS administrator, you are the person in the company who performs basic administration tasks to ensure that Archibus correctly runs for their needs. Follow this learning path to learn about the administration.

  • Give Users access to Archibus Workplace
    A manager needs to enter the users who are authorized to log into Archibus Workplace, the modules, and log in as a Foundations Manager. Users can be internal employees, outside contractors, craftspersons, and so forth. Create a User record for any person who should be able to access the Archibus system.
  • Using the Home Page Editor
    The Home Page Editor, you can make your changes by dragging and dropping panels and completing forms. You can immediately see your changes in Web Central and adjust the home page as necessary.
