Archibus V.2025.02 include several enhancements to improve your experience. Below are the highlights:
- Refreshed Branding – New Archibus logo and select UI updates.

- Workplace Team Day Bookings & Room Arrangements – Book seats for entire teams in one step and reserve meeting spaces with multiple configurations and arrangements.
- Space Neighborhoods – Introducing neighborhoods.
- SmartClient Publishing Updates - SmartClient uses APIs to publish floorplans
- Platform Updates – Upgraded to Spring Framework 6.1, supports Tomcat 10 (not Tomcat 9), JDK 21, and integrates Outlook/Exchange via Graph API.

Platform Core
- Experience faster, more secure performance with Spring Framework 6.1 and full compatibility with Tomcat 10 and JDK 21.
- Framework Upgrade – Upgraded to Spring Framework 6.1.
- Server Compatibility – Archibus v.2025.02 is upgraded to Tomcat 10 and it does not support Tomcat 9 anymore.
Workplace
- Team Day – Team leads can book seats for their entire team in one step, ensuring everyone is placed in their designated team space or neighborhood.
- Ad-hoc Teams – Users can create temporary teams and view when colleagues plan to be in the office and where they’ll be seated, all in a dedicated team calendar.
- Room Arrangements – Book meeting spaces with alternative configurations and arrangements beyond the default setup.
Outlook Plug-Ins
