Define Neighborhoods
Space / Occupancy / Manager / Define Neighborhoods (non-transactional)
You can create a neighborhood and then add the teams into the neighborhood.
Create a Neighborhood
- Load the Define Neighborhood task and the screen displays listing all the neighborhoods.

- Click the Add icon and the Add Neighborhood dialog displays.

- In the Neighborhood Name field, enter the name.
- In the Site Code field, either browse find the site code or enter the site code.
- In the Description field, enter a short description.
- Click the Save button and then you can add a floor.

- Select the floor and the message displays "Select room on the floor plan to add them to the neighborhood. When you're done, click Save Changes."

- Click the OK button and the floor plan displays.

- On the floor plan click the rooms that you want include in the neighborhood. If you want to de-select a room, then click the highlighted room to remove it from the neighborhood.
- When you have finished, click Save Changes button.
Add Teams to the Neighborhood
- Click the Teams tab.

- Click the Add icon and the Add Team to Neighborhood displays.

- Select the team.
- Repeat the steps 2 to 3 to add more teams.
